Clean Air Day resources for schools
Air pollution is the single biggest environmental health risk in the UK and young people are particularly vulnerable to the effects of poor air quality. School communities can play a big role in raising awareness of the need for clean air and taking action to improve air quality in and around their schools.
1. Run a learning session in your school
The school pack includes:
- Assembly packs for KS1-2 and KS3
- Lesson plans and activities for KS1, KS2 and KS3
2. Help spread the word
Use our social media pack to communicate the health risks of air pollution to brain and mind health. Let people know what actions you are taking as a school to tackle air pollution.
3. Celebrate Clean Air Day
From pledge cards and banners to posters and bunting - we have what you need to celebrate Clean Air Day.
